3️⃣ Cost Determination & Discounts – Treatment costs are calculated, and partner discounts are applied.
4️⃣ File Translation & Insurance Processing – Medical records are translated into English and German before insurance guarantees are requested.

🌍 Multilingual Patient Support – A foreign-language-speaking companion assists the patient during medical visits to bridge language barriers between the doctor and patient.

📞 International Communication Assistance – Since State and University Hospitals in Turkey do not allow international calls, we coordinate all necessary discussions with insurance providers and relatives on behalf of the patient.
💳 Billing & Payment Process –
✔ Patients are expected to cover the treatment cost upfront.
✔ If direct payment is not possible, ABC Health Services facilitates insurance claims by submitting original invoices and medical reports to the insurance provider.

ABC Health Services operates strictly under Turkish Medical Association (TMA) regulations. Our pricing structure is as follows:
TMA Unit X TMA Coefficient X 8% VAT = Total Cost (EUR)
