The data subject, whose personal data is processed, may exercise the following rights by applying to the data controller:
- Learn whether personal data is being processed
- Request information about the processed personal data
- Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used for its intended purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, both domestically and abroad
- Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion or destruction of personal data
- Request that the operations performed according to (e) and (f) be communicated to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- Object to the analysis of processed data solely through automated systems, leading to a negative decision regarding the data subject
- Request compensation for damages resulting from the unlawful processing of personal data
